What is session pricing, and how is it different from traditional pricing?

At Salon MOOD, session pricing means your service is all-inclusive—no surprise add-ons, just one flat rate for everything your hair needs. It’s a luxury experience designed to be seamless, customized, and stress-free. Plus, we’re a gratuity-free salon, so you can simply relax and enjoy

Can I book multiple services at the same time?

Yes! As long as your stylist has availability, multiple services can be booked on the same day—they’ll be performed one at a time in the order that’s best for your hair. Just be sure to allow enough time so we can give each service the care it deserves.

Do you offer extensions, and how do I know if they're right for me?

Yes, we offer high-quality extensions tailored to your hair goals! A consultation is required at least two weeks before your installation appointment so we can choose the best method for your hair, color match, and order your extensions. A deposit is also required at the time of consultation to reserve your spot.

How should I prepare for my hair appointment?

To make sure your appointment goes smoothly, come with clean, dry hair if you're getting a cut or color. If you're having a treatment or extensions, no need to worry about washing beforehand! Feel free to bring any inspiration photos, and don't hesitate to share any hair concerns or goals with your stylist—communication is key!

Do I need to make an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?

We happily welcome walk-ins whenever we can, but to ensure the best experience—especially if you have a preferred stylist—we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance. This helps us give you the time, attention, and vibe you deserve.

What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Please call or text us at 281-374-4611 as soon as possible. Appointments must be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled time to avoid the $50 cancellation/no-show fee. Our full policy can be found here.

Are your products safe for all hair types?

Yes, we pride ourselves on using high-quality products that are safe for all hair types. We exclusively use All-Nutrienthair color, along with Aveda and Moroccan Oil products, which are known for their nourishing and gentle formulas. Whether your hair is curly, straight, fine, or thick, we’ve got you covered! 

What happens if I'm late for my appointment?

If you're running late for your appointment, please call/text us at 281-374-4611 as soon as possible. We understand that life happens and are  happy to give a 15 minute grace period. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the $50 no-show fee will be charged.

How do I know which stylist is best for me?

All of our stylists are amazing and have areas in which they specialize—balayage, vivid color, grey blending, etc. If you haven't found your perfect match yet, we recommend completing our pre-consultation form which can help us pair you with the best fit. 

Do you offer consultations before my appointment?

Yes! Our stylists offer both in-person and virtual consultations if you would like to discuss your hair goals before your appointment. This can help the stylist recommend the best service for you and your hair.  A consultation is required for perms and extension services.

Do you offer any membership or loyalty programs?

Yes! We offer a blowout membership for regular, hassle-free styling, along with a referral program where you and your friend can both enjoy $30 off. Plus, we have a loyalty program for retail purchases, so you can earn rewards while shopping for your favorite products.

Do you offer make-up or bridal services!

YYes! Select stylists offer makeup and formal/bridal services. We highly recommend scheduling a consultation and/or trial run before your event to ensure a flawless look that perfectly complements your style and vision. We’re here to make your special day as beautiful and stress-free as possible!
